RETURNS AND REFUNDS

If you wish to return the item(s) ordered on our website, you have up to 14 days to do so, from the moment the order reaches the customer and there is proof that the customer has collected the order. .

In case you have received the wrong or defective product, please contact us via e-mail info@asditto.com within 14 days. This e-mail should state the date of purchase and photographic evidence of the defective item(s). In case of confirmation of error by the supplier, the latter will provide a return label, which must be attached to the packaging to be sent.

Note:

  • Returns of items that show signs of use, that have a damaged box or that do not include all accessories, documentation and original labels will not be accepted.
  • Returns of personal items (eg underwear, bathing suits, bikinis and bathing shorts) will not be accepted.
  • Returns will not be accepted for shoes whose original box has shipping guides or tape glued directly to it.
  • In cases of returns, the amount paid for shipping costs will not be refunded.
  • The shipping costs inherent to the return are at the customer's expense. Returns with postage paid at the recipient will not be accepted.
  • Keep the proof of shipment. We are not responsible for items that are lost in the customer's transport to our warehouse.

Returns sent after 14 days will be rejected and returned to the original shipping address. Any return after the 14 days of the return policy is subject to a 20% replenishment fee and/or rejection.

The cost of the return shipment will be borne by the customer and should always be sent back with an active tracking number. All returns must be sent back through UPS, DHL or FedEx carriers. Due to the long delivery time, we do not accept any local Postal Service.

Any returns that are subject to the payment of customs fees, these will be at the customer's expense. Either by invoice or will be deducted from the original refund. For a faster refund, we recommend selecting the option of the sender in charge of all customs duties, in case there are payments of customs fees.

Any agreed refund will be made within a maximum of 30 working days after receipt of the item(s) in our warehouses.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method as the item.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges are not accepted for all items that have been customized. In case of defect see Return Policy.

 We only accept exchanges of a value equal to or greater than the piece initially purchased, within 14 days from the date of receipt.

Before making the return / exchange of the item, please contact us by email  info@asditto.com for confirmation from us , otherwise we will not receive the return / exchange. The value of the postage for return / exchange are always the responsibility of the consumer.
