SHIPPING YOUR ORDER
When you have finished choosing the items you want to buy, click on "Shopping Cart" to place the order. The price will be displayed. You can also edit your order at this stage. When you are satisfied with your order, finalize your purchase.
After placing the order, you will receive a confirmation email.
Another email will be sent to notify you that your order has been shipped, with a link that allows you to track your order.

Order cancellation
On behalf of the User
The User may cancel his order by requesting it to AS Ditto through the telephone number or e-mail referring the order number, which will be accepted as long as it has not yet been processed.
After its processing, AS Ditto will attempt to deliver it, but the User has the option of not accepting it.
For the purpose of cancellation, the User must provide the following data to AS Ditto:
- a) Order number
- b) NIF with which you placed the order and delivery address

AS Ditto reserves the right not to process orders when it verifies any inconsistency in the personal data presented or observes misconduct on the part of the buyer. AS Ditto reserves the right not to process any order or refund in the event of errors in the values and/or characteristics of the products, when they result from technical problems or errors unrelated to AS Ditto.
