Products
In the event that there is any typographical/computer error in the presentation/description/price of the products, the customer has the right to terminate the contract of purchase and sale under the applicable legal terms. Likewise, AS Ditto, has the right to propose changes in the order if the error harms the company. Regarding the images of the products, the colors displayed may depend on factors such as the device to be used and the resolution and configuration of the screen itself, so the actual color of the product may sometimes not be exactly the same as the color presented in the photograph, however, there is a constant care of AS Ditto in using the images more faithful to the real look of the products.
The sizes available on the website are European. To check the exact size to choose, go to the Size Guide tab in the footer. If you are not sure what your size is, please contact us at info@asditto.com, sending an exact link to the article in the email.
Online orders
Placing an order on www.asditto.com is simple and respects all the rules and laws of Electronic Commerce.
If you want NIF on the invoice, please add this indication when finalizing the order.
The processing of orders begins only after payment confirmation. If the shipping data is not correct or you want to change your order, please ask for the change or even cancellation by email to info@asditto.com This is possible until the order is processed.
Prices and payments
The prices of all products indicated on the website www.asditto.com are presented in euros (€), with taxes and fees included. Any change in the type of VAT applicable will have an immediate impact on the prices of the products. AS Ditto reserves the right to change prices at any time.

We do not ship on demand.
If a certain payment option is not available at the time of purchase, it may be due to IT or maintenance issues.

Order cancellation

The User may cancel his order by requesting it to AS Ditto through the telephone number or e-mail referring the order number, which will be accepted as long as it has not yet been processed.
After its processing, AS Ditto will attempt to deliver it, but the User has the option of not accepting it.
For the purpose of cancellation, the User must provide the following data to AS Ditto:
- a) Order number
- b) NIF with which you placed the order and delivery address
